From The Owner: In mid-April of 2020, I decided to reopen the store during the covid-mandated small business shutdowns. While at a hardware chain store, allowed to stay open during the mandate, I realized how foolish the shut downs were. Lowes had hundreds of people in their store. Hundreds. My decision was made. I’m reopening.

Here is a recent project that we handmade for our customer. The frame is made of oak and was designed around a photo provided by the customer. The goal was to fit four ceramic tiles in a two-by-two orientation. See the images and videos to see the progress and finished frame

Every year I try to push the company to try new things, support our team in pursuit of their creative ideas and, of course, reach more customers. I suppose that’s why I find myself writing a New Year’s Resolution here on the website for all to see. It’s the beginning of another year and I plan to do it again.

American Impressionist: World Traveler

We will host an art reception and celebration on November 17th from 7-9 including ten artists that have shown with us throughout the years. 15 YEARS!!!

This ukulele is signed by Eddie Vedder with song lyrics hand written on the back. The challenge was to be able to see a little bit of the lyrics in the reflection while being able to take the ukulele out and put back safely. We think we nailed it.

We love working with local artists and Mary Ellen is quite the artist. Her paintings are colorful, textural and range from abstract to expressionist.

Billy Martin comes from New York to have us frame his original works.
