From The Owner
Hi. I wanted to take a moment to say hello, thank you and talk about where we are in the evolution of our small business. For those of you that have not met me, my name is Matt Slobogan and I am the owner of The Preservation Framer. For those of you that have met me, we probably met pouring over possibilities at our design counter, talking about the importance of supporting the arts or maybe we met through the network of great people in our our local community. However we may have met I want to say thank you for being a part of this journey.
2024 is the start of the company’s sixteenth year in business. Every year literally gets better and better. Every year I try to push the company to try new things, support our team in pursuit of their creative ideas and, of course, reach more customers. I suppose that’s why I find myself writing a New Year’s Resolution here on the website for all to see. It’s the beginning of another year and I plan to do it again.
This year I would like to hire another full-time employee. Job position has been published. Interviews are being scheduled. When I find the right person this will be the fourth full-time employee on our team. The idea is to better serve the community, organize better procedures, and make the creative process fun and enjoyable for the customer, the team member and the owner.
This year I would like to continue growing our line of frames made right here in our store. Right now we offer twelve profiles that come in over a dozen stains and colors. The idea, again, is to better serve our customers and offer unique design solutions that make the process fun and enjoyable for all. Making our own frames gives us the ability to control quality and turn around.
If we have worked with you in the past I hope you will continue to use our services. If you are new to The Preservation Framer we welcome you and can’t wait to work with you. Call, Email or Stop By anytime Monday through Saturday from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
